Basic Use
Q: How do I add a new account?
A: Please see this article.
Q: How can I view subfolders?
A: When viewing your list of folders there is a button at the top-left. Tap this and you can select which folders or subfolders are shown. Please note: If you are using Exchange 2003 you must open a folder before its subfolders will be shown in this list
Q: How do I delete a local draft?
A: To delete a local draft just swiple your finger across it from left to right and a delete button will appear. Alternatively when editing a draft if you select "Cancel" you can choose to discard it.
Q: Why are my subfolders not shown?
A: You can select which subfolders are shown using the button at the top-right where your Inbox, Deleted Items etc are shown. If you are using Exchange 2003 you must open and refresh a folder before any of its subfolders can be added (this will be resolved in 1.6)

Q: Do you support push notifications?
A: We do not currently support push notifications but plan to in the future.
Q: Do you support calendar features?
A: You can currently view your calendar and accept (or decline!) meeting requests when they arrive. We will be offering additional calendar support in the future.
Q: Can I access my Exchange contacts?
A: People you have exchanged email with are available when composing or forwarding email. In addition, users of Exchange 2007 & 2010 can simply enter a name ('Andrew', 'Legal Dept') while emailing and the app will search your global address book for a match. If there are multiple matches you will be presented with a list to select from. You can access contacts on your phone at anytime, but it is not currently possible to browse your global address book.
Q: Do you support public folders?
A: No, we plan to add support in the future but have no ETA.
Q: Do you support access to other users calendars?
A: No, we plan to add support in the future but have no ETA.
Server Support
Q: Which versions of Exchange Server does Outlook Mail Pro support?
A: We support Exchange 2003, Exchange 2007 & Exchange 2010, and all service packs.
Q: Will Outlook Mail Pro support my account?
A: Because each IT department may configure their Exchange server differently we can't make any guarantees, but our app works over 99% of the time.
Q: EWS is disabled on my server, will Outlook Mail Pro still work?
A: Yes. It's common for IT departments to disable EWS and if this is the case we use alternative methods of connecting to your server.
Q: Do you support RSA/VPN connections?
A: If you are required to first enter a security key, Outlook Mail Pro will open a web browser prior to connecting to your server
